Slot and hole pitch are the same for both cable exits. Only the connection differs. Drill 2-Φ3.5 at a pitch of 7.

Four-wire DC. Insulate any output wire you do not use.

One axis defaults to 3 pieces (home + both limits). If the cable must be longer, state the metres. If the pitch is not 7 mm, do not rework the holes to force this unit.
