What this unit does
For the MSP400 integrated drive. The input is a clamp hub; do not add a coupling. In the software, enter the ratio in the travel conversion: revolutions × ratio = output revolutions.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Series | PF60L1 |
| Matched motor | 400 W servo / 60 frame |

Ratio and rated torque
Check peak torque at 2 × rated. For continuous heavy duty, apply a service factor of 1.5–2.
| Ratio | Rated N·m | Peak |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | 22 | 2 × rated |
| 4 | 33 | 2 × rated |
| 5 | 35 | 2 × rated |
| 7 | 27 | 2 × rated |
| 10 | 15 | 2 × rated |
Outline and dimensions
This drawing is the 60 flange, stage 1 L1. The input is a clamp hub. Shaft extension, keyway, and pilot follow the selected motor. Include the motor model with the order.
The 3D model is for mechanism pre-assembly. The ratio is fixed with the order. Pilot and shaft extension follow the dimensions shipped with the unit.
Order code
The order code is the series plus the ratio, without the flange: PF3 / PF4 / PF5 / PF7 / PF10. Full string example: XR-Online-MSP400-C-2M-PF10.
With the order, send the drive and motor model, target output speed, load torque, and whether a brake is required. The input clamp bore must match the motor shaft.
